As mental health content continues to gain traction online, many therapists are stepping into the world of content creation—but how do we know where to draw the line when professional ethical codes struggle to keep pace with rapidly evolving trends? In this timely conversation, Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, licensed psychologist, author, and founder of Therapy for Black Girls, sits down with licensed therapist and trained facilitator, Kenya Crawford, to explore the tensions between clinical boundaries and digital influence. Together, they’ll unpack what therapists need to consider when sharing online, the ethical gray areas that come with visibility, and how to navigate social media in a way that’s both impactful and responsible. Whether you’re creating content now or considering it for the future, this conversation offers thoughtful guidance for showing up with clarity, care, and integrity in the digital space.

In this empowering session, Dr. Donna Oriowo—therapist, speaker, author, and educator—shares how she built a thriving group practice rooted in intention, alignment, and radical self-trust. Grounded in the themes of her latest book Drink Water and Mind Your Business, Dr. Donna will unpack how the basic foundations of self-esteem can affect our professional paths and offer meaningful solutions for Black women navigating a society that was not built with our needs in mind. From the exhaustive tendency of constantly putting others first to the pressure of perfectionism, this session offers both a blueprint and a bold reminder that Black women can build both a life and practice with confidence, clarity, and joy.

That said, the Summit is designed to offer a different kind of professional nourishment—one that centers mental health professionals looking to deepen their business and branding expertise, explore non-traditional career pathways, and engage in meaningful community-building. It also provides access to the kind of support that extends beyond clinical skill-building. You can expect expert-led workshops, hands-on sessions, intentional networking opportunities, and a schedule that prioritizes both strategy and wellness. It’s more than just a summit—it’s an affirming, energizing space to connect, reset, and grow.
