Self-Care Scholarship
The Self-Care Scholarship, supported by The Holding Space Foundation, is an annual opportunity available to Black women enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. This scholarship was designed to ensure Black women are afforded the freedom to invest in their mental wellness and overall well being, by providing support without limitations.
Our scholarship acknowledges the journey through higher education and early adulthood can be particularly demanding on Black women, and aims to alleviate financial stressors that can hinder the ability to take good care of ourselves.
Whether it’s signing up for a yoga class or scheduling a therapy session, our Self-Care Scholarship offers support to help Black women thrive at this stage of life and beyond.
