Session 128: Why Do We Procrastinate?

For today’s episode, I wanted to chat with someone to help us try to figure out what might actually be behind all the procrastinating we do in our lives. For this conversation I was joined by Dr. Mahlet Endale. Dr. Endale and I chatted about the different ways we procrastinate, how to get a better understanding of what’s driving our procrastination, some tips for getting a little bit better at not procrastinating, and she shared some of her favorite resources to help you out if you’re still looking for more information.
