We are excited to announce the winners of the Therapy for Black Girls University x Holding Space Foundation Self-Care Scholarship! Now in its second year, this scholarship is designed to support Black women in investing in their mental wellness and overall well-being, offering financial assistance without limitations.

This scholarship, available to undergraduate and graduate students between the ages of 18-25, empowers young Black women to prioritize self-care—whether it’s signing up for a yoga class, booking a therapy session, or finding other ways to thrive in this stage of life and beyond.
Therapy for Black Girls University is thrilled to partner for the 2nd year with The Holding Space Foundation to award four Black women our annual Self-Care Scholarship. This scholarship, open to students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs between the ages of 18-25 years old, was designed to ensure Black women are afforded the freedom to invest in their mental wellness and overall well-being by providing support without limitations.
Whether it’s signing up for a yoga class or scheduling a therapy session, our Self-Care Scholarship offers support to help young Black women thrive at this stage of life and beyond.
